- Proposals

*Visions and Goals WG: Breakout Discussion for Draft Visions. RESULT: GROUP DISCUSSION WITH FEEDBACK

*Boots of Solidarity Proposal: Budget request for $100/week for gas to travel from occupation to occupation across the US, help network, put everything online, do interviews with people occupying and keep the movement pushing forward. Accepted friendly amendments: Change to a request for $5,200 for one year, up to $100 per week, for gas for Boots of Solidarity. RESULT: CONSENSUS (NO BLOCKS)

*Political Prisoners Working Group: Proposal postponed until Tuesday so it can be posted online first.

*Emergency Proposal: $101 for a Greyhound ticket, or $84 for an expedia.com ticket, for the sister of an occupier to get from Chicago to NYC. RESULT: NOT DEEMED AN EMERGENCY (but a collection taken up)

*Blocks Protocol at General Assembly: Proposal is to allow POPs on blocks that are not moral, ethical, or safety concerns. Blocker will restate, and then a straw poll will be taken after the PoP has been issued, thereâll be a 75% threshold on whether the block is valid. Accepted friendly amendments: Try out process for a week, then vote next Sunday on whether it works or not. RESULT: DID NOT PASS (6 BLOCKS, 3 STAND-ASIDES, 9 AGAINST IN MODIFIED CONSENSUS OUT OF 50 PEOPLE)

- Announcements

*Labor Outreach is having a protest against MTA and Goldman Sachs

*12pm Monday at 60 Wall St, teach-in about how to bring forth an environmentally sustainable, socially just and spiritually fulfilling human presence on earth

*Conor is working with a new working group to provide a platform for GA and working groups to have their own space, live/work situations

*Richard: Wednesday, my friend is doing a roast of @ElBloombito at the Yippie Cafe, 9 Bleeker, at 8pm; proceeds will be split with Yippie Cafe, an activist cafe that supports OWS. Proposal upcoming!
